ACQUISITIONS
We acquire affordable, workforce and mixed-income properties throughout the Southeast. We have the capability to acquire large multi-state portfolios or individual assets as small as 20 units, using a combination of investor equity and conventional or agency financing. We use numerous execution methods to ensure certainty of closing and optimal pricing for the seller.
