ABOUT US
In 2017 Brian made his first two value-add real estate purchases with partner Mario Brown, and the successful investments inspired him to go into real estate investing full time in 2018. Brian specializes in the acquisition and financial management of the portfolio. After graduating from Davidson College in 2007, Brian began his career at Raymond James in the Marketing Department at the firm’s home office in St. Petersburg, FL. In 2012 Brian was promoted to Operations Manager and moved his family to Greenville, SC to oversee the downtown Greenville and Greer branches. In this role, Brian was responsible for branch administration, operations, compliance, marketing and financial management. In 2015, Brian earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional designation.
By day, Mario is a local real estate agent that specializes in new residential construction. By focusing on representing home builders and their products, Mario has gained a very unique appreciation for construction and real estate rehab. He grew up in Greenville, SC and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & English from Gardner-Webb University, where he also played 4 years of varsity football. Mario lives in Greenville with his wife, Elizabeth. In his free time he enjoys playing kickball & traveling. Recently, Mario was named one of the Upstate Business Journal's "Ones To Watch."

Willie is a licensed real estate agent who specializes in home renovations and currently works for a local custom home builder. He was born and raised in Greenville, SC attending Eastside High School. Willie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing from Francis Marion University where he played 4 years of college soccer. After college he played 6 years of professional soccer throughout the US. Willie was recently selected into the Leadership Greenville class of 46.
