During the review and due diligence process of each property, the acquisitions team works closely with our asset management, property management, and construction management groups to formulate a comprehensive business plan. Our collaborative approach enables us to begin executing the property’s business plan immediately upon acquisition, giving us the ability to maximize investor returns and carefully preserve investors’ capital.
