Co-Founder / Principal

After graduating from Davidson College in 2007, Brian Albers began his career at Raymond James  in the marketing department at the firm’s home office in St. Petersburg, FL. In 2012 Brian was  promoted to Operations Manager and moved his family to Greenville, SC, to oversee the downtown Greenville and Greer branches. In this role, Brian oversaw branch administration, operations, compliance, marketing and financial management.


In 2015, Brian  earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional designation. He also held Series 7, 9,  10, 31, 66 and life and health insurance licenses. In 2017 he made his first two value-add real estate investment purchases (63 units) with partner Mario Brown. Brian specializes in the acquisition and financial management of the growing Affordable Upstate portfolio.
